Hi, I think there is something wrong with my internet connection because it is difficult to keep a stable connection.

About every two days there is a problem. But today it is better because the router restarted itself, . There was no internet for about 5 minutes. I can live with that as long as I don't have to reboot myself. because I'm not always home to do it

I am very sorry to hear that the issue appears to be returning intermittently. I've checked our systems and can't detect any fault on the line currently to explain this.

Are you noticing any pattern as to when the issue occurs? For example, is it around the same time each day? Is a particular device being used on the connection at the time? Is any other device in the home (including ones not using the connection) being used that may be causing interference?
