Losing internet connection

Internet is constantly dropping off. Have turned it on & off several times, ran a test which comes back saying no fault yet it’s not working. Any suggestions?

Re: Losing internet connection

Would need to check the signal levels if could go to http://192.168.0.1 or if using modem mode http://192.168.100.1 clicking router status top right or bottom of page depending on hub [no need to login - depending on hub] and if could copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log, don't worry about the formatting we can easily read it.. try and avoid using screen shots..

Re: Losing internet connection

You do not need to login, just hit the button at the bottom of the first page, leads to a page with tabs across the top for what you need.

Re: Losing internet connection

I think you must see a different page to me, I couldn’t go further without logging in & there are no tabs along the top of the page. *shrugs shoulders*

i ran the network diagnostic button and it said 4 devices have low signal, move closer to the hub, hub hasn’t moved and neither have the devices connected.

Re: Losing internet connection

I was assuming Hub3 which most users now have. I do not know the sequence for previous models although I know there are posts on the board describing the sequence.

Re: Losing internet connection

Hey guys just a FYI, we had a engineer down the other day on 13th, an mentioned that VM will be doing some 'changes' will expect some drops out on our/your connection. I've been having these issues for 5 days now, Guess he was right. had to make an account just to mention this.
