Losing 5ghz WiFi automatically

Few months back, I realised my 5ghz wasn’t showing and all my devices were connected to 2.4ghz only. I logged in the hub and the 2.4ghz was enabled and the 5ghz was disabled. I enabled 5ghz. Didn’t think much of it. Now, 2 months later, same thing. I logged in and 5ghz is disabled. I’ve just enabled it. 

I have the super hub 3. My question is why does this happen?

Because there is a bug in the most recent firmware - lots of people reporting their SSID changes it's name to "1". It may get fixed in the next update, or it may not.

Seems to be a bug in the firmware. 5ghz network either disappearing or being renamed “1”.
