Every few weeks the VM3 superhub looses the Wifi connection and password I have put in myself. necessitating going back to the website, logging in with the obscure password the router came with, and resetting to my connection label and password. I have written and phoned about this before, but Virgin does nothing except increase its prices.
Put it in modem mode and use your or own router and wifi equipment.
