Loose noisy CATV cover in road

The cable manhole cover on Burley Road LS4 2EN between cable boxes LEE-2-PN154-SN3 (Burley Road) and LEE-2-PN154-SN5 (nr St Matthias St) is damaged and needs urgent attention. The noise is 24 hours per day every time a car drives over it and it's affecting the sleep and health of local residents. Please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency.

Can you post up a photo of the manhole cover here that identifies it as CATV - so VM staff can see it and verify whether it is a VM manhole cover. May not be as most VM cables run in ducts laid underneath pavements rather than the roads.
