London underground WiFi - cannot connect

I haven't been able to connect to the WiFi on the tube as when I try to log in I receive the error message along the lines of 'you have too many devices on this account'.

Is there any way that I could disconnect my old devices and just leave the ones which I want to use on the underground?

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh my god, I've been having the same issue since the last Monday. I have contacted Virgin Mobile twice but they haven't been able to solve it. The last time I called, they kept passing me from the mobile team to virgin media then back to mobile then to media. 5 times! I'm getting the same error messages as you - you have too many devices connected to our service. If any one could help, I would really appreciate it! Thank you.
