Linksys Settings to allow broadband monitor to work

Hi, does anybody know what settings i have to alter in a linksys router for it to work with the Broadband Quality Monitor. Its just giving me a solid block of red. I cannot see any settings for allowing wan/ping.....

Look for "enable/respond to ICMP" or similar - sometimes IGMP.

Also, check the IP address of the BQM - it changes when you switch between router and modem mode, and although normally very "sticky" can also change in response to VM activities.
