The light on the Intelligent Wifi Pod keeps flashing/pulsing indicating that it's not been able to connect to the Hub 4. I've tried it in various locations, checked the settings on the router and made sure that channel optimisation is set to on and tried re-starting the hub.
This is the second wifi pod we've been sent and still no joy. Grateful for any help/advice.

Looks like we may need to get an engineer out and possible hub swap
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security to organise this
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
