I booked the returning prepaid parcel several times, but never get it. I will move abroad next week, can anyone tell me the postal address for returning the broadband equipment?
Im paying Broadband till the end of March 2023. Anyway, Im moving earlier around 28th of March. so far as I think. the returning kit come after my period. I have asked to send it earlier several time but nothing happened - though support line.
I can post back the broadband equipment by myself? In addition, can anyone tell me the phone number of their customer service? Many thanks

Hi @ladakarasek
If you have a printer you can print out your own label and return the equipment.
I hope this link helps https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/virgin
After clicking Create a new label. you will be prompted for your email address. Once you receive the email you will be able to print out a returns label which includes a barcode. You can then parcel up your equipment and drop it off at the nearest Collect + store.
Use either or both of the following links to find your nearest store (they have different shops listed)
https://www.collectplus.co.uk/find-a-store
https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator?v=2.
To contact VM you can call 150 from a VM landline or mobile, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone
