Leaving Virgin Media issue

So, a month ago I've called up virgin media support to cancel my contract as I am unhappy with how it's going. The lady on the phone told me that on the 7th of August, which is today the WiFi will cut off and we wouldn't be able to watch the TV and we will have to return our equipment so that we don't get charged for it.

The issue with this is that it's the 7th of August and everything is still working and we still haven't received the pre-paid postal returns pack which she said we would get to send the equipment back!

you should call up cancellations again to ensure it has processed properly.
