Latency surge every evening

Hi, 

Every weekday evening I experience a latency surge and packet loss between around 8 pm and 10 pm. This has been going on for weeks.

I understand that there are suggestions on these fora that others might be similarly affected.

What is the explanation for this and when will it be resolved please?

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired, 2 on WiFi) Hub5 in modem mode with Apple Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's & TP-Link Archer C64 WAP. On Volt 350Mbps, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.

I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your service at certain times in the day. 

I have had a look from our side and can see that the Hub does appear to be running outside of specification so we would need to look in to this further.
