I have been with virgin since the 15th of March and never had a day of it being normal. 2 engineers have been out and still problems and they will not do anything about it. I have gig1, do these readings look correct ?

Do post the rest if you are able to. Generally they look okay so far (although 3.1 downstream QAM is half what it should be).

Yeah nothing major that I can see. Perhaps set up a BQM and share its link here so it can be monitored over time https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality
