Lack of capacity TF10

I am a VM customer about to move to a new build house bought off plan.

I was pleased to see Virgin connection to the house but it would appear that there is no capacity in the cabinets for any further connections.

How can I find out about any plan to expand the network in this location (TF10 7HJ) as I would like to stay a VM customer.

It seems to be a bottleneck area for broadband fibre from all providers!

No one can help and I get told to wait until it’s available but I just want to know how long.

is there anyone in the know?
