I booked for my kit to be collected from my home on the 21st of September. I stayed home all day to make sure it was picked up, and no one showed up. If they did show up, they made no attempt to make themselves known, nor did they leave a card, and I was never contacted with details of what to do next. How do I return the hub now?

Many apologies regarding the failure in collecting the equipment, have you received any confirmation of another date?
Also you can return the kit by ordering a pre paid returns pack on this link where selected stores close to you will be shown.
