I joined about a month ago from Sky, despite going to fibre with virgin I am sick of the grief from my family because all the devices keep losing wifi, i am rebooting the hub daily and struggling to work on teams as it keeps freezing - my old sky box seemed to be better.
is that just life with virgin or am I missing something?

I hope you don't ever have cause to contact their customer service, I am now on my third day, still waiting to speak to an agent.
