Joined to hub 5 but no internet

Hello all 

nearly everyday now for past 2 weeks I hv had to reset hub 5 ..

problem is I’m connect to the hub but have no internet. Did status check but all is ok in my area . But with this problem when on virgin connect it won’t show any connection

Hi andy3833, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that there is an issue with the connection, 

Can you plug the hub directly in to the hub and run some tests with the connect app. 

I have run a test with SamKnows and everything is coming back green.

The last few days have been ok and awesome speed .. at beginning of week tho I had to reboot system . And Tuesday night it did the same thing , the 2 extension hubs were flashing away too . An hour later internet was all work great again

It not you, or your setup. The problem is the hub 5, it has a DHCP bug that their not really bothered about when I reported it, looks like they’d rather send customers in pointless circles like they have with you.

only people capable of fixing it are software/firmware engineers but until they acknowledge it’s a bug we’re stuck with it.
