Issues all day since maintenance

My internet dropped out around midnight last night, and has been unusable since, when I checked last night the service status said it was a known issue, and also indicated that maintenance would be taking place between 00:01 and 06:01.

Since then the connection has been unusable. I have a BQM running against my IP Address and the live link is: https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/ef60d3ef396c04d9af08b07fb0c1e2f110...

My router power figures are as follows (the only thing that looks off to me is the Post-RS errors on Channel 2):

Hey @jonnyw2k,

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection at the moment, I have been able to look into this on our system and we would need to book a technician visit to resolve these problems.

I can arrange the appointment from here but would need to confirm a few details via a private message, that I will drop over in a moment. Please look out for the private message and we can get started.
Regards,
Steven_L
