According to the Virgin Media Connect app I have a wifi blackspot in my house. I've tried ordering through the app but it doesn't let me. It takes me off to some quickstart solution checkout page. I just want to order the booster. How can I do this if the app is not letting me and the chat option is a bot that doesn't understand my question?
Boosters are only free for people with a hub4 and gig1 broadband. And even for free they’re not great.
You'd do well to source your own better equipment.
