Is this normal?

Hi all, I recently changed my package to the basic package. Mixit TV and M100 Fibre Broadband.

I've just noticed that my IP address seems to have changed also. Is this a normal occurance when changing packages?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello

When you change packages normally the external IP doesn't change, but can change at anytime as it is dynamic, also could have changed due to VM doing some work in your area which has re-segmented your local network.
