Large number of Pre & Post RS errors, but as they are accumulative since the last power cycle of the hub cannot tell the current status. So please power cycle your hub and post a new full set of stats and log after at least two hours.

Sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your service. I've taken a look at your account and at the time of writing, I am unable to identify any issues. 

 

I can see the hub was last rebooted 2 days ago. Have you had any improvements since?
