Is Virgin going to add capacity to enable effective home working

I still have a pretty unusable service during peak times due to Virgin running the service at Capacity.   Please see graph.  Is this going to change in the short term as running a business from home is really quite impossible with the quality of video conferencing I have.

Appreciated.

Re: Is Virgin going to add capacity to enable effective home working

Residential services are not meant for business usage, so that's a moot point.

Alessandro - it's only me !  So is it so bad to ask for a service on a M500 package that has clear unbroken video quality.   Would appreciate your opinion.
