Ios 14 update problems

My sons iPhone 8 did a recent update and now will not connect to our virgin Internet.

I've done the recommended updates to no avail....any ideas please. 

I've logged into our hub, changed the settings to both 2mhz and 5mhz, nothing will connect???

 

Help please 😁
