Invalid network code c233

Hi all

I was watching tv and virginmedia went off showing invalid network settings(C233) ive followed all instructions. It showed port configaration test failed...is it a matter of waiting and everything will come back automatically....  help pages are not showing on line nor is my virgin media and recorded message saying lines are busy phone back later..Any ideas?

Hi @Csharp 

The TV service is still not fully working, just a few SD channels such as BBC1,2 and ITV1.

Hopefully it will all be sorted later.

As to the 'port configaration test failed' error on your set top box. You can ignore that as it even comes up on systems that are working correctly.
