The internet connection upstairs is really bad.  My daughter can't even use her tablet in her room as there is no internet connection. All she gets is buffering. We have a booster in the main bedroom, but it is not helping at all.

Boosters ideally should be placed halfway between the router and the problem area!

If it were me; I'd get my own router and use the hub in modem only mode! Much better coverage!

What Hub model do you have (on its base sticker)?

Is it a wifi only problem - do ethernet cable connections suffer a similar problem?

What make/model of booster is it? Can that not be plugged in in her room?
