Hi, maybe someone can help here. I have 100MB speed connection and is all good on phones, tablets and laptop. However, my PC wifi is extremely slow. 

I have no spyware (all is clean), the pc is not near cables or so, no programs running on the back. It just have SLOW internet. It doesn't even reach 10MB per second. 

I'm using Windows 10. 

Any ideas??

Open Device Manager, find the Wireless Card for the PC and report back the link speed for the card.

Or

Can you Login to the Hub Settings and navigate to the Connected Devices page - what is the reported 'connection speed’ for the PC ?

Which Hub do you have ?

Is the PC in line of sight with the Hub ?

How many walls between the PC and Hub ?

What are the walls construction ?

Just a few things that can affect Wi-Fi in the average home …

Mirrors, furniture, fish tanks, people, radiators, walls (some more than others), cordless phones, baby monitors, microwave ovens, fridges & freezers, TVs, next doors Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi equipment, DAB transmitters, the list is endless.

Many people have accepted that the VM Wi-Fi is poor and have purchased third party equipment that is much, much more powerful than the VM supplied kit and once set up have wondered why they waited for so long.

Either a cheap wireless card or it’s connecting to the 2.4Ghz band.
Or both of the above.

Could you let me know how to "report back the link speed for the card" from the Device Manager? 

On the Hub, Connected Devices page says "53.44" connection speed. I'm just doing speed test and is not more than 5mb per second. Thanks

Have you checked for updated drivers?

Are other devices speeds “OK” over WiFi?

Not forgetting that wifi speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed.

Regarding to the walls...It used to work perfectly fine, and had 100MB velocity. This is happening since 1 month ago. That's why I'm sure is a windows issue. Thanks.

If it’s a Windows issue then you’re asking in the wrong place 🙂

Drivers are updated. All the phones, tablets and other laptops are perfect.
