Internet very slow and keeps disconnecting

Hello
I have problems with internet, sometimes it keeps disconnecting couple of times a day, sometimes is not coming back for hours, internet speed is very good sometimes and sometimes is slow even for browsing a forum.

Your signals shot, its terrible.  Is every fitting you have tight and do you have anything labeled attenuator on your hub?
