Internet station

Some idiot in a car has crashed into the internet station (box) and it's bent double with wires all over. Do I have to report this or will virgin know?

I am so sorry to hear that this has happened, but I'm glad to hear you're up and running. Can you see if the cabinet has been tended to and repaired? If not, would you mind providing a photo so we can see the current damage?
