Internet restarts by itself or it stops working for some hours.

I've been having problems with hub 3.0 restarting by itself. 

But now my internet drops out for 1-2 hrs and then comes back.

When i look at my network log i see that when my internet wasn't working these are all the (problems) that seem to had happen while the internet wasn't working.

It looks like you have a problem on the upstream.

Your upstream power levels are maxxed out and the hub is struggling to talk to VM's servers.

You will need to contact VM for resolution, either by waiting here about a week until a VM Forum Team Member picks up the thread, or give them a call on 150 from a VM line or 0345 454 1111 for a quicker response.
