Internet "Access denied"

Internet just randomly stopped working. Hub 3.0 status shows "internet access denied". Called support, they want to send an engineer out Monday... Monday!

there is currently around a week for the forum staff to reply, since this fault could be caused by all manner of problems and a lot of faults require a tech to see what has happened.

All the network status logs in the router have timestamps dated 1970 😞
