Hi i have 350mbps and i am only get 8mbps wired an actually getting more though wifi at 30 mbps i have done the usual switch it off rest start but its still the same any ideas how to fix this issue

log into hub3 - 192.168.0.1 [or 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode] - DON'T SIGN IN, click - click router status [centre of screen] - and post the downstream and upstream figures - to see those press on the grey buttons/boxes labelled - upstream - downstream

if its an earlier hub button is top right

How to get stats from a VM hub

Open a web browser and go to 192.168.0.1 router mode or 192.168.100.1 modem mode

  • Click on the “> Check router status” button
  • Click on the “Downstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Upstream” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply
  • Click on the “Networking” tab, copy the text and paste into your reply.

the downstream has 24 channels and there is a second page - the upstream also has a second set of figures - post all those and it will help

as an initial comment the upstream figures you have posted are on the high side but within limes - the downstream figures are ok
