Hello
Just literally had an engineer install my broadband. However it doesn't work. I'm just seeing a yellow light at the bottom. Whenever I try to connect a device like my TV or laptop it says there is no internet. I'm not happy.
Do I need to activate something for it to work? Ay suggestions please?

Was the broadband working when the tech left your home?
Or was it working and has since failed?
