Internet keeps dropping to extremely low speeds and cutting out

Hi - My internet keeps cutting out and dropping to extremely low speeds, sub 1Mb/s!!!!!!! 

I am extremely annoyed, as I'm paying for 250 Mb/s but my service is continuously dropping out and transferring at far below that. 

It cuts out randomly at times, and goes through periods where the download speeds will stay extremely slow despite the upload speed maintaining 20 Mb/s.

I have attached some screenshots and information below. 

I have obviously reboot the router, hard reset etc multiple times but it's still not working correctly!

I am fed up, this has been going on for months, if I can't get this resolved I'm going to leave virgin as I've had enough.

And it seems my internet is too slow to upload images!!!

Hmm it seems the images show in the preview but not when I post, any ideas why?

images need to be moderator "approved" so it may take some time.

I'm now getting T3 timeouts I can't even use my computer/Internet to post here I have to use my phone instead! 

Can one of the virgin employees hurry up and respond, I have a project due to deliver and I can't use the Internet on my computer!

Some of your downstream power levels are way too low. You need to contact customer customer services and report the problem.

Thanks for the reply, I called virgin, they aren't going to send anyone until Thursday, which is a joke. 

I've had the super hub 2.0 for 10 years so I'm guessing that's part of the issue.

Hoping the Internet becomes at least somewhat use able in the meantime cause right now it's not working at all.
