Internet keeps dropping out

Hey All,

Wondering if someone could provide some help our internet keeps going off for about 10/20 seconds at a time about 10-20 times, kicking me out of games and stopping whatever i am watching then it will be fine for a few hours then do it again.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing some drops in connections. 

 

Are you able to let me know, if you are experiencing this with both wired & wireless connection?

This is happening on a wired connection; i have power cycled the hub etc.

I've taken a look at your connection and equipment, all of the levels are within the ranges and spec's we'd expect them to see. I have also looked at the connection details over the last week and it's not showing any disconnections during this time.

 

The speeds seem pretty consistent but you haven't mentioned any issues with them, you mentioned you had rebooted the hub but it is showing as being online for the last 8 days. Can you reboot the hub and leave the BQM running and post the results for the subsequent 24 hour period?
