Hello, hoping someone can give some insight why this keeps happening, happens completely randomly throughout the day, multiple times every day, most frequently in the evening. I saw some other posts that you need to give downstream and upstream info, which is below, thanks:

Sorry, forgot to add this is on an Ethernet connection, it does happen on WiFi too, but the ethernet goes directly from the HUB to the device. It like drops out for a couple of seconds, and then returns back to normal again.

Still happening, anyone got any ideas at all?

There are lots up upstreamT3s and high Pre & Post RS errors. Unfortunately as these figures are accumulative since the hub was last power cycled, so please turn your hub off for a few minutes and then on again. After about two hours post another full set of stats and we can then see the current situation.

Okay thanks, I turn it off last night and it's back on now, hopefully this is more helpful:

Hi Sneakiest_bear,

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your intermittent broadband connection looked into, I am sorry if it's been causing some frustration for you!

I have already taken the time to do a health check on your services and can see there are some upstream levels out of spec which is making your connection unbalanced.

I'll be happy to book an engineer for you to get this rectified!

I'm sending over a PM now.

Thanks,

Megan _L
