Internet keeps disconnecting (T4 time outs)

Hi,

I need help with my Superhub, which I use in modem mode. For the past two months I have been experiencing random connection drops. I didn't have any issues with it before it's just started paying up more and more and I don't know if it is something on VM server side or maybe something is wrong with Superhub. To help you troubleshoot it better I enclosed my log below.

We could do with seeing the modem downstream and upstream power levels to assist with a judgement.

Thanks. So no clue there as they are all nominal. According to what you've posted there's been no T4 event (a modem reset) since lunchtime today. But then, if the network log is to be believed, they are spread out with days in between when the circuit doesn't drop.

Just to confirm, this isn't just wireless (from your router) that drops? In other words the Hub 3 light remains purple when you think it's dropped?

Thanks. No I have disabled wireless radio on media hub it runs only in cabled modem mode. My local network isn't affected either only outgoing connection to the internet. Lastly, light stays purple while the connection is down.

If the modem light stays purple then the circuit hasn't been lost. During a reset, it goes green. What happens to your router's Internet light? Which router do you have?

It's Hub 3.0 and when the connection drops light stays purple.

Don't you have a router attached to the Hub 3? OWhat does the Internet LED on the router show?

Yes, I have Netgear WNDR3700 running DD-WRT attached to the VM hub and the lights on it stay green when the connection drops. There are no errors in the ddwrt logs either.

Juas a followup, I was wrong about the light on my VM hub. Just 2 minutes ago I had another timeout on the router so I went to watch the hub lights and when there was internet was down I noticed the green light flashing on it.
