Hi all
ive gotten an issue with out hub, it keeps dropping network every 30-45 mins
i found the following error in the network log
SYNC Timing Synchronization failure - Failed to acquire QAM/QPSK symbol timing;;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.1;
Any help would be great

Issue was resolved by engineer, we were 6db to high on our signal range, which was causing our router to crash
