Hi, I had virgin tv, phone and broadband installed three days ago and I'm having issues getting WiFi downstairs. The router is upstairs.
I contacted virgin and they want £8 extra a month for a booster/hub but I don't want to pay extra. I've tried to get it for free with no success. I'm still within my 14 day cooling off period. Has anyone any suggestions? I really don't want to go back to Sky.
Additionally, I'm having issues with netflix the sound is jittery and squeaky... I know it sounds daft.
I was thinking of buying an Atria mesh kit home wifi system from Currys to strengthen my wifi. Would this help with the poor WiFi signal downstairs?
