Internet isn't working. All lights on HUB are fine

Had Virgin Internet&TV up and running for the past 6 weeks with no issues. Suddenly last night the internet dropped. Restarted everything and after 5 minutes the HUB gives the solid white light to indicate everything is OK. However, I cant access the internet via WIFI and the TV also now has this annoying Lag/Stutter every 3/4 seconds. Any advice??

There doesn't appear to be any issues in my area either.

Is the connection by ethernet cable working ok ?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with the broadband and TV service.

 

Looking at your account, everything has come back as fine with no errors.

 

Does your devices show as connected to the wireless? As jbrennand mentioned, is wired working ok?

 

With the TV box, how is that connected? Through wired or wireless?
