Internet is down for bank holiday :(

I WFH and found that my internet is down yesterday  due to work in the area according the online service checker. I had to use my data for the whole day but was told that it would be fixed by 3:00pm, so I waited.

By around 9pm the same day,  internet was down and looking at the  service checker they said it would be fixed by 4pm Saturday (today). 

This is ridiculous, our internet is still down as I write this and the service checker now says it should be fixed by Monday the 29th!

This so frustrating as I’m anxious if my data will hold up until till Monday. And seeing as they couldn’t fix it by the initial date  I’m unsure if  I can continue work on Tuesday. 

Considering the price we for our household subscription this is unacceptable.

Can someone pls address this
