Internet is going off multiple times day and night, the router shows either a white blinking light or a green bar.
It goes off on both Wi-Fi and Ethernet devices and happens using the virgin router and using another router in modem mode.
I work from home doing 12 hour shifts rotations on day and nightshifts and this is effecting my work.
can anyone advise how I can fix this?

Check with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 If you have a VM landline 150 this goes down to post code level. You could also try the web page http://www.virginmedia.com/servicechecker although this only covers large outages.
VM will not dispatch any technicians while an area fault exists.
If no faults found:
Call Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.

I have some run some tests and I can't see any major issues at all.
How has the connection been since Sunday, have you seen any improvements at all? Thanks
