Internet going down on daily basis - superhub 3

Hi - this has been happening for weeks and is now driving me crazy - internet going down at least once a day. Previously had a stable service for the past year. Can you help please? Levels and logs below. Superhub 3.

looks like definite issues with the downstream SnR, this might require a tech to attend or could be local issue, would be close a week for the forum staff to reply, or could call faults via 150 / 0345 454 1111

I'm really sorry to hear that you've still been experiencing intermittent connection. I'll certainly look into this for you.

I’ve run some checks on your connection and there are some modem SNR issues that don't appear to be linked with an area issue. We'll need to arrange an engineer visit to fix this so I'll send you a PM to get one arranged.

Thanks - after waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes finally got through to somebody & arranged an engineer visit for Fri 5th.

Strange how it's been working fine for the last year or so & now having so many issues.
