And your Hub data ?

Tivo boxes do not need to be connected to the Hub, they get internet & TV through the white cable.

V6 boxes do need to be connected to the Hub because the don't have modem abilities built in.

You were given the instructions in post 2 of the thread, but here you go ...

Can you please

Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter. 

When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.

Copy and paste the contents of the Downstream, Upstream and Network Log tabs onto here, if you get a yellow warning click Post again.

A Guru will be along soon to decipher the info.

Is your BQM graph a live graph or snapshot because it doesn't seem to have grown ?

it should be a live graph and ive looked at it now it seems to have progressed a little bit
