Internet drops randomly usually at night

I use a powerline adapter and having regular reliable Wi-Fi is important to me but almost everyday the Wi-Fi will drop for maybe 10 minutes and from looking at this thinkbroadband graph it happened last night for almost 2 hours. I find this quite unacceptable for a paid service if you could please take a look at it, i expect to see similar results for the next oncoming days.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your WiFi, I've had a look at things from our side and everything looks to be within the specifications we would expect. 

Can you try a pin-hole rest of the hub and let me know if there is any improvement?
