Over the past year my internet has been dropping more and more, it used to do it maybe once every 4-5 days. For months now it has been dropping daily, sometimes might stretch to a couple days.
The internet stops working on all devices, wired and wireless, at the same time. My Super Hub 2ac has all blue lights still just like when it is working. But nothing is working. It's really starting to annoy me now, so I have decided to get off my behind and see what to do about it.
I have the same problem. Except mine drops out every 30 min or so when im streaming. Lose connection for about a min. I have 100 mbps otherwise so good speed then nothing. Drives me mad. All lights stay on as normal on the hub. Its on the ethernet and WiFi. Changed cables reset the rooter still the same. Something not right at all! Anyone else have problems ?
I've also been having the same issue. It's been happening for months now, which I was hoping could be a temporary problem, but lately it's been disconnecting both wireless and wired connections daily. This happens for quite lengthy amounts of time and has been annoying the household to no end.
I know for sure that any tech support gurus on here will need your Network Log (with mac addresses / IP removed for privacy). On the Super Hub 3.0 this can be found in the settings at 192.168.0.1 > Advanced Settings > Tools > Network Status > Network Log
I will make my own post as to not hijack yours. Thanks for the post though, it's nice to see I'm not alone with this matter.
Have you all called in the faults - what did they say ?
