My internet has been dropping for a day and a half now, it drops at least a few times an hour. I phoned VM today and they said there is not technically a fault in the area but they can see that there are intermittent issues in the area which could be caused by a new customer coming onboard. does this sound common or am I being fobbed off?? can some one please help.
