We are again having issues with our internet connection intermittently dropping. I have had a look at the network log and there seems to be an issue somewhere. Looks a lot like the errors we were having over the summer when an engineer had to visit. Network log attached below.
Post up the data from downstream and upstream as well as the logs

Welcome to the forums, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection.
I have taken a look and your upstream power levels are a touch on the high side and the downstream modem SNR a touch on the low side. I can also see a few power adjustment issues. I would like to get an engineer out to take a look at this for you.
