Internet dropping for 1–2 minutes every 30 minutes or so

Hey there,

My internet drops out intermittently for around a few minutes before coming back on. This is for both wired and unwired connections. I have checked cables and wiring to make sure it's well attached and there's no kinks. I'm using a Hub 4.0 on a 1GB connection.

Thanks for any help!

Re: Internet dropping for 1–2 minutes every 30 minutes or so

Issue happening again today as usual, I've booked an engineer out for tomorrow morning but wondering if anybody can see anything in the Downstream/Upstream logs?

Re: Internet dropping for 1–2 minutes every 30 minutes or so

The downstream levels are too high and one of the upstream channels are out of sync.
The engineer should resolve this though.

Re: Internet dropping for 1–2 minutes every 30 minutes or so

Apparently there were network issues in the area which needed to be resolved. I have re-booked a visit for Saturday evening but I'm not confident they're going to arrive if they believe this issue is a wider network problem as opposed to my Upstream/Downstream issues...
