Internet down again?

Seems like every month the fibre is down for at least 24 hours in my area (Surrey). And at least once a week it will be down for a few hours. Anyone else experiencing this at the moment, any ideas what the issue/issues would be?

Sorry to hear about these issues with your connection. Having had a quick look for you it does appear you have been experiencing some issues with your service recently due to a local outage. It looks as though this is no longer ongoing and your service has now been restored.
