Internet disconnecting every hour for the past few days

Not sure what's happening, the internet is usually flawless but since 5 days ago it's been disconnecting very frequently. Posting my downstream/upstream and some errors I saw in the log (not sure if these are helpful!).

Hub stats look very good - but Logs are a mess - too many timeouts in a short period. A superuser should comment soon on likely cause and course of action - but it will probably involve a technician's visit.

Thanks for looking at the logs.

We had a fault registered in the area on Thursday but it was apparently addressed. Guessing my problem is separate to that!

Thank you for your post and sorry you're having some broadband issues.

 

It looks like there is a current known area fault which has the estimated repair time of 24 JUL 2019 16:40. 

 

Can you confirm for me if you can see this yourself on our service status page here? As this would be where you can view any updates on this fault.

I'm seeing no issues in my area at present. There have been faults registered once or twice this past week and a bit but they have all been "resolved".

Edit: Upon checking in my postcode without logging in, it shows a TV fault. Would this have an affect on my broadband too? The broadband check shows all okay.

Thank you for checking the service page. 

 

A TV outage shouldn't have an impact on broadband.

 

Is this issue continuing today? 

 

As Emily has advised there is a current outage due to be resolved at 16:40 on the 24th July.

The internet has been fine today for the limited time I've been home so it's hard to say until perhaps Tuesday/Wednesday.

First job, set up a free “BQM” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of all your network disconnections, useful data to have in discussions with VM.
