Hi! I’ve been without internet for the past 2 days now. I informed Virgin Media that I wanted my service cancelled on 9th November but when I run a broadband test, it says “looks like your service has been temporarily disconnected”. Can anyone tell me what’s happened and when it’ll be reconnected? My service shouldn’t end until next month and I can’t work without internet

Sorry to hear you are without a service currently!
There are a few reasons you may be without service - it could be that you are experiencing a service fault, an issue in the area, or a problem with your equipment.
If you have requested a disconnection your services will be pending disconnection but should not have been disconnected until the date agreed.
In order to investigate further and offer support we will need to send you a PM to confirm a few account details.
